Gariep to Masselport

Today’s drive was again thru mountain passes followed by farms and rollin

g hills.  We did come by a large shopping mall and we spent three hours shopping, eating, and using free Wi-Fi.

The government has a system where they replace shanty shacks with small block home with running water which people can live in for free.  They must pay for any electricity.  The small homes in golfing estates sell for about $600,000.

 At the campground where we again had en-suites, our tour leaders, Herm and Georgia hosted a cookout of local specialty sausage and all the fixings.  It was fantastic.
